Symptom: Loud screeching, then the drum stopped turning
Found: An earlier repair had used a Samsung belt that was too short for this Kenmore, and it broke. Samsung rollers had also been fitted, and one was broken
Outcome: Installed the correct belt, replaced all drum support rollers with the right parts and added a new idler pulley

Symptom: Washer stopped with an OE error and would not drain
Found: The washer drained normally during the visit and the drain pump ran. The fault looked intermittent, a pump that fails under load
Outcome: Recommended a new drain pump as a preventive repair. The customer chose to wait and call back if the OE code returns

Found: Both outer burner control switches had failed, and the front right burner had a dead inner element
Outcome: Replaced both burner control switches and the front right dual radiant element
