Signs your refrigerator needs a defrost repair
Frost on the back wall of the freezer, a fridge section that slowly warms while the freezer stays cold, or water collecting under the crisper drawers. Those point to the defrost system, which is the most common refrigerator repair we do in older Carrollwood homes. Catching it early protects the evaporator fan and the food.

Before you call: four things that speed up the repair

Getting a refrigerator ready for service
Move perishable food to coolers with ice before the visit, especially if the refrigerator has been warm for a while. Clear the bottom shelf and the freezer floor so the technician can reach the back panels, where the fan, defrost heater and sensors are. If the refrigerator is boxed in by cabinets, tell us when booking so we plan for pulling it out safely.
