Try the dollar bill test
Close the refrigerator door on a dollar bill and pull it out. If it slides out with no drag, the gasket is not sealing there. Worn gaskets let warm, humid Florida air in, the fridge runs constantly, and the freezer frosts up. A gasket is a far smaller repair than the compressor work it can lead to.
