Where to find the model number

  • Refrigerator: on a sticker inside the fresh food section, usually on a side wall or the ceiling.
  • Washer: under the lid on a top loader, around the door frame on a front loader.
  • Dryer: inside the door frame.
  • Range or oven: behind the storage drawer or on the frame when the oven door is open.

Having it ready lets us check part availability before we arrive.
