GE refrigerator repair
Side by side, French door, bottom freezer and top freezer models. The faults we see most on GE refrigerators are evaporator fans, defrost heaters and bi-metal sensors, ice makers and water inlet valves, control boards after power surges, and the Custom Cool air dampers that balance the temperature between sections. Newer GE models also use an RFID water filter, and a non genuine filter can stop the water and ice from working.
GE oven repair
Bake and broil elements, igniters on gas models, temperature sensors, relay boards and controls, plus wall ovens and GE Profile convection ovens.

Recent GE repairs
- February, South Tampa: GE refrigerator freezing the fresh food section at 20 degrees while the freezer sat at only 10 degrees. The evaporator fan had stopped and a Custom Cool damper was stuck in one position. Both Custom Cool dampers and the evaporator fan were replaced.
- April, Largo: GE JBS86 electric range whose bottom right dual burner only partly heated. The center coil inside the burner had burned out. The dual burner was replaced.
- June, South Tampa: GE front load washer that would not start or lock. The door lock was not reporting back to the control board, so the cycle never began. The door lock assembly was replaced.
- October, Tampa: GE dryer that would not run. Two mounting bolts inside the drum had come loose, so the drum came off its shaft. The technician took the dryer apart, put the drum back on its shaft, secured the bolts and reassembled it.
