Built-in and luxury brands — Sub-Zero, Viking, Wolf, Thermador, Miele — require a different level of technical training and OEM-only parts. We do not use aftermarket components on premium refrigerators. When you call about a luxury brand, we confirm the correct technician and parts availability before scheduling.
Our $99 service call covers the technician visit, full diagnostic, and your repair estimate. That $99 is applied toward the repair if you move forward and it is not charged on top of the repair. If you decide not to proceed, you pay only the service call fee. And if you change your mind in next 35 days – it will still go towards the refrigerator repair.
If your refrigerator is within the original manufacturer warranty period, contact the manufacturer first — they may cover the repair at no cost. Even if refrigerator is not under warranty anymore, you may still get service if you stay positive. If you are past the manufacturer warranty or dealing with a third-party extended warranty plan, call us.
It depends entirely on the specific failure, the brand, and the age of the unit. Some repairs on a 25 year old refrigerator make complete sense. Some repairs on a 4-year-old refrigerator don’t. Our technician will give you a straight answer after diagnosing the unit, including telling you when replacement is the smarter financial move.
Yes. Every repair we complete carries a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same problem returns within 90 days, we come back at no charge.
Yes, and in Tampa it comes up constantly. Florida garage temperatures regularly hit 95 to 105 degrees in summer, and most refrigerators are not rated to operate reliably above 110°F ambient — meaning a hot garage is quietly killing your unit even when it appears to be running fine. We repair garage refrigerators and freezers the same as any indoor unit. When we’re there, the technician will also tell you honestly whether the environment itself is shortening the appliance’s life and what, if anything, can be done about it.
