Symptom: Water leaking from under the refrigerator
Found: The freezer evaporator fan had failed, the coil was iced over and the defrost drain line was frozen, so meltwater overflowed
Outcome: Replaced the evaporator fan, defrosted and cleared the drain, removed the ice and cleaned the condenser coil
