If you switch a range from natural gas to propane, or back, have the conversion kit installed and the burners adjusted. A range running on the wrong orifices burns poorly and can produce carbon monoxide.

Canning season and glass cooktops
Plenty of Plant City kitchens still put up jam and preserves, and canning is hard on glass top stoves. A large canner full of water sits on the glass for an hour or more at full heat. Things to know:
