Recent Whirlpool repairs
- January, South Tampa: Whirlpool WED4815 electric dryer that stopped drying. The dryer itself was fine. Its vent pipe was far too long and full of kinks, so hot air came back into the dryer, tripped the high limit thermostat and shut off the heat. The vent duct was rebuilt.
- March, Zephyrhills: Whirlpool top load washer not getting water and making noises. The technician recommended the owner contact Whirlpool first, because the issue looked like one the manufacturer should look at.
- June, South Tampa: Whirlpool dryer with a timer and knob problem. The timer and knob were quoted with labor before any work.
- July, Lutz: Whirlpool Cabrio top loader with a broken door lock mechanism. The owner asked for a same day repair. The lid lock part was identified by its Whirlpool part number.
